Start the game

Pass one device around the table, or let Foo Foo take a seat and play along. Coins and stars are counted separately, and they are never swapped for one another.

How to play

• Roll the die and move that many spaces around the town. The board is a loop, so there is no finish line.
• Paid work. Take the top job card and collect its coins. Each job can only be taken once.
• Unpaid work. Cooking, caring, helping at home. No coins, but you collect stars, and stars are never worth less.
• Quiz time. Answer the question and win coins if you are right.
• Bonus. Coins found on the way.
• Oops. A setback. Lose a few coins, or miss your next turn.
• The game ends when every job in the box has been taken, and the round is finished so everybody has had the same number of turns.
• There are two winners. A Money Hero for coins, and a Family Hero for stars. You can be one, or both.
